Refund policy

We want you to love everything from Baby Wild Child! If you're not completely satisfied with any item, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• All parts and accessories must be included
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items

To initiate a return, contact us at support@babywildchild.com. Once approved, ship the item back to us. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

If any item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
